Well, Rochester thinks so!  

    Welcome to the Roc Rat Breeders Association!  My name is Shelley, and I am the founder of RRBA.  Like you I love my rats!  They are intelligent, clean and lovable additions to the family.

    The RRBA is the first of it's kind, here in Roc!  Membership is free, fast and easy.  All ages can join!  Just visit our "How to Join Page"  for details.

    As a member you will be able to meet and converse with people who love rats just like you!  Plus you will have opportunities to educate and learn.  Finally, through the development of this association we can improve the breed locally.
